This is a repaint for the Microsoft/iniBuilds Bell 47J Ranger (Local Legend 14). On 12 July 1957, President Eisenhower became the first U.S. President to fly in a helicopter when a U.S. Air Force H-13J-BF Sioux, serial number 57-2729 (c/n 1576), took off from the White House lawn for Camp David. Two H-13Js, H-13J being the military designation for the almost identical Bell 47J Ranger, were delivered to the U.S. Air Force in 1957 for VIP transport. Both H-13Js served as presidential aircraft until 1962. They were redesignated UH-13J and continued to be used for VIP transport until 1967.
