Welcome to Hangar Studio 713 by B4Gunner in the scenic state of Wyoming nestled in the mountains in the inclusive town of Alpine. This scenery is my 1st attempt at a creation with all aspects of an airport(s). It includes Both Runway 13 & 31 of the main Alpine secluded private airport. Also included is a new Helipad near feet from a maintenace facility and the ever elusive home to Hangar Studios 713, the home of my WIP(s). You might find a random Ryan Navion(WIP-1) or a livery uploaded to this site for Gee Bee R3(Mandarin version), And if you are super lucky the Stealth F117A Nighthawk(WIP-2) could be flying over head disguised as a regular plane with my Sim tag on it(B4Gunner). This will be the base of my operations and who knows maybe some "other" Dev's will tag along for the ride? Oh and did I mention there is a water runway located at the South East coming into the docks? Sorry, it skipped my mind. There is a super good dependency (EDHK by MrMo), that I used for the lights and some really great props to light up the town that you might want to include in your community folder to get the full experience. Don't forget to visit the light house, Gunner's horse ranch, and the gated community included, or the church on Sunday's. Did I miss anything? Oh yeah that's right there is plenty of wildlife just playing around, you might even see Moby splashing his way in the bay if you catch him at the right time. I could be adding more, but this is enough for meow. Don't take this all too seriously it's not all to specifications, I'd say maybe 50%(maybe), but it sure is fun to take off from a helipad, or a dock, or even the Hangar itself and if you need fuel, I have that covered too! Enjoy and leave a comment and if you catch any bugs, put em in a nice note and I might just fix it since I did all this in one week ;-) Special thanks to PBK for his help in setting up the file structure and his expertise in scenery in general. See you in the skies!
Here's a full list of what's included:
Runways, Taxiways, Buildings, Hangars, Horse Ranch, Churches/Cemetary, Gated Community, multiple different animated animals, FX, Static Airplanes/people/Airport Maintenance/Parking(cars/trucks)
Lighting for literally everything.
2 runways - 2 water runways-
3 Helipads(1 near the Hangar,1 on a Yacht, 1 next to the Castle(In that flight path order)) 2 of the Helipads can be used as Arrival/Departure (Hanger/Castle) - The Yacht is a smaller pad and a bit of a challenge being it's in the middle of the lake, so height depth and orientation can be difficult if in chase view, but very rewarding, even more so at night and if you have the dependency you might as well stop and make it a party Yacht ;-) and take in the views!
Ramp-1 is the Starting point for helicopters near the Hanger
Ramp-76H is the starting point for helicopters near the Castle(SW of the Hanger(more West))
Seaplane dock (connected to water Runways)
Grass included and Shoreline scenery
Lighthouse
Airport Beacon
Hangar Studio 713
Added parking, traffic, POI
See you in the Skies!!
Great little airfield, looks really great.
Works perfectly, looks great
and is a great upgrade for the MSFS.
I especially like the many small details.
It is compatible with SU11,
thanks for that

Thank you! Everything I want (almost) in one airport: (open) hangar, water runways, docks and a heliport.

Thanks, yeah that was the idea for my "testing" of aircraft.

I love the scenery and the landscape but there is a plane parked on the helipad. If it were possible to update it by removing it I would be very happy.
Still nice job!

Lol, That's a 1st. Maybe Asobo made it so they will have traffic on the helipads. Never heard of that one. I did make it a spawnable spot, so if there is a will there is a way. When I update the scenery I'll look into it and see if I can make it that way, but I've gotten into the sim and there are planes in my spot as well. Most likely out of my control. If I find an answer I will update this message.

Downloaded your Navion. It is indeed a very nice & flyable addition to the sim. Moreover I found your Alpine scenery this way. So now I have brought back your Navion to fly in your home area. Beautiful to fly there.
Thanks again, mate.

Cool! Thanks, Maybe you'll see me out there testing my newest, or making some upgrades to the Navion. Home for me is on the East Coast though near Pittsburgh, but for now I kinda commandeered 46U because I saw it in a video and liked it a lot. All kinds of fauna I put there. Make sure to visit the castle too! lol Enjoy!

Excellent scenery the best, out there to date. Is it possible to land on that yacht? Just completed my Utube video, of your scenery, so much details, to see one one trip. Would you considering doing any Florida locations, in the future.
Yes, you can definitely land on that yacht. you have to land on the helipad as the yacht is a MSFS scenery and doesn't have a collision, but the Helipad does. The helipad is smaller though than the other 2 and if your using the background as a reference point in flight, the vast water around it can give you a vertigo type feeling and you may lose your way, at least for me I felt that way as it took me 6 tries to finally land it to get those screenshots I uploaded yesterday after I tested it out. At 1st I thought maybe I needed to make the ground come up to it like I did the others, but it turns out that's only needed if it's a spawn point. It was a bit tasking however for the Castle Spawn because it is so far away from the actual airport(But I figured out another workaround) Plus I'm not a practiced helicopter pilot yet.. Thanks for the review I'll have to check out the YouTube Video. And 1 last thing for your Florida Question - I think I might know of someone looking to do just that and we might combine talents in the near future.

Fixed the water runway... And I added two more Heliports - 2 can now be a starting point for helicopters, the other is a challenge in between the two. If you can land your copter on that Bravo!!

Hi! I made a scenery mod for 46U a while back. Would you be able to link it here? I think these two would work well together

Excuse me, but I didn't quite understand the point from the description. Is it a fictional airport?
No, the Airport is real. The land airport. The lights aren't there, the grass isn't there, the docks aren't there, the helipad isn't there. Some of the buildings aren't there. 50% is 50%ish. My Hanger sure as heck isn't there(but it is now). The bears might be there. I don't know for sure, but I'm sure they have a few. The birds... Ehhh maybe. I'm sure they have their share of Gulls. The whale definitely isn't there, but it is now. Neither is the Castle or the maintenance facility, but almost all the hangers are in the same exact locations, they might not be to specifications, but they are there. The ranch, the churches, the gated community all made up in my head and put into the sim. I'm not quite sure how to answer that question though because in the description I do say it's not to specs and it's about 50% right. Try the airport out before you download it and you can plainly see in the pictures the differences. So, maybe 50% fictional. I literally did nothing to the terrain other than make it more level. there's still a dip in the runway and the wind will get ya every time, but trying to come down from that 10K foot mountain and land a plane. It can be a challenge. Specifically in and RJ. a Youtuber did it and that's what gave me the idea - Citation Max is his name. Hope that answer clarifies...
